Police said the attacker used an explosive device and are trying to determine if the attacker acted alone or had support. Officials say children were among the victims of Monday's explosion.
Two semi trucks were involved in the incident which happened shortly around 12:45 a.m. between W. Jefferson Blvd. and Illinois Road.
